What you share stays private.

Brain & Body Engineering™ is run by Franco Zuccoli in Marblehead, Massachusetts. This page explains what happens to what you share with us. The short version: we collect very little, we don't sell it, and only Franco reads it.

When you send the Fit Chat form

You give us your name, your email, your phone number if you choose, and what's going on. That last part often includes details about your pain, injuries or health. We keep all of it private.

• It goes to Franco by email, and a copy is kept in a private, password-protected list on our secure web host (Hostinger) so no request gets lost. Both copies follow the 12-month deletion rule below.
• Franco uses it to reply to you and to prepare for your Fit Chat. Nothing else.
• We never sell it, share it for advertising, or pass it to anyone outside Brain & Body Engineering without your permission.
• We won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
• If you don't become a client, we delete your message within 12 months of our last contact.

Please don't use the form for anything urgent. Brain & Body Engineering is coaching, not medical care. If you need medical help, contact your doctor or call 911.

When you browse the site

• No cookies. The site sets none, and doesn't track you from page to page.
• Visitor counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you.
• Our hosting company (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs, such as internet addresses and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
• Links out. Links to Instagram, LinkedIn and X take you to those sites, which have their own privacy rules.

Your choices

Email info@brainandbodyengineering.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll answer within 30 days.

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
